The LaserNet Communication Module is designed to integrate with common mail applications and Microsoft Fax Services. The LaserNet Communication Module has features for receiving and sending documents and information through standard protocols. Typically, the most common use is for integration
with Microsoft Exchange or Notes in order to send document as mails. All documents can be sent as a full attachment, or the document, or any part of it, can be sent as a part of the
HTML body text. Email address, subject and CC is supplied directly from the data within the document, or from any other LaserNet modules, like databases etc.

The LaserNet Communication Module also integrates with Microsoft Fax Services (can only be used with a Microsoft Server 2003 or newer) via a special Fax Module. You only need to mark
how your customer wishes to receive their business documents once and for all in your ERP system - and LaserNet will handle the rest, no matter if the documents must be forwarded as
mails, letters or faxes. This reduces errors and time spent completing tedious manual tasks in your organization. Also, there is a fax log to ensure a full overview of all fax documents.

Message Queuing). HTTP, FTP, FTP/S, HTTP/S are all new and secure formats designed for the communication of business documents. This ensures that your company can comply with the
newest digital demands - and you can still send and receive documents as an e-mail, PDF, fax, XML, standard letter etc.
The last mentioned opportunity (Microsoft Message Qeuing) is a standard, free-of charge function in the Windows Server (version 2000 or newer). When properly set up and activated (as seen in the screen shot below), MSMQ and the LaserNet Communications module ensure that LaserNet can work with several different jobs at one time in cooperation with i.e. databases and other it systems. Therefore, MSMQ ensures a quick completion of multiple jobs in LaserNet, saving your company time and resources.
